About the role

We are looking for a SaaS Operations Manager to administer and maintain a Torii SaaS management platform serving as the central source of truth for 500+ enterprise applications across Procurement, Finance, Security, and Application Owners. You will oversee contract metadata, license allocations, renewal calendars, and API integrations, while conducting data audits and automated provisioning workflows to ensure accuracy and governance across the organization’s full SaaS portfolio.

What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of contract metadata within Torii;
  • Maintain records for ownership, renewal timelines, and license allocations;
  • Track system updates and conduct internal data investigations;
  • Perform contract reviews, cost analysis, and data audits to ensure accuracy;
  • Build API integrations and automated provisioning/offboarding workflows;
  • Manage contract metadata, renewal calendars, and license usage reporting;
  • Validate ownership data and ensure data integrity;
  • Educate stakeholders on responsibilities and data governance;
  • Evaluate newly discovered applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Support identification of business purpose and security governance status for applications.

Must haves

  • 2+ years experience managing Torii SaaS platform;
  • 4+ years experience managing enterprise contracts, including cost centers, license utilization, terms and conditions, and procurement processes;
  • Background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Legal, or Finance;
  • Familiarity with API integration and workflow automation;
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including reporting and deep-dive analysis;
  • Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple concurrent system changes;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments;
  • Familiarity with application catalog or IT governance frameworks;
  • Exposure to security governance processes for enterprise applications.
