Using WithMira
WithMira provides remote IT job discovery, candidate profile tools, application tracking, alerts, recruiter review workflows, and referral preparation features.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account, including resume content, country, experience, links, applications, and recruiter messages.
Job information
WithMira displays job information from configured sources and internal records. Job availability, requirements, accepted countries, and external apply links can change. Candidates should review the full role before making decisions.
Applications and recruiter decisions
Applications saved in WithMira are used for internal review and recruiter workflows. LLM-generated match notes are assistive only and do not automatically accept, reject, or contact candidates.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unrelated content. Do not attempt to access private candidate, recruiter, admin, or system data without authorization.
No hiring guarantee
WithMira does not guarantee interviews, referrals, job offers, hiring outcomes, job availability, or employer responses.
