About the role
We are looking for a Zuora Billing Administrator to support and maintain a live Zuora Billing and Revenue environment, managing product catalog updates, custom fields, events and notifications, and security requests across sandbox and production tenants. You will review and implement change control documents, support audit requests, deploy workflows, and collaborate closely with the Zuora Admin team and Financial Systems Engineering. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Zuora experience and strong critical thinking skills.
What you will do
- Review and develop change control documents;
- Implement changes across Zuora Billing and Revenue tenants;
- Support Zuora Admin team and Financial Systems Product/Engineering teams;
- Support audit requests;
- Add and update custom fields;
- Add and update product catalog items;
- Release updated invoice and credit memo templates to other environments;
- Deploy workflows to Production;
- Release Revenue configuration to other environments;
- Process user access requests.
Must haves
- General billing knowledge;
- 3+ years of experience;
- Familiar with Zuora UI;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
