As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

  • Scale the AI Frontier: Own the full sales cycle for Japan’s largest enterprises, demonstrating how Amplitude’s AI-native platform automates discovery and predicts customer behavior to drive radical growth.
  • Consultative AI Leadership: Become an expert in our machine learning capabilities, conducting deep-dive discovery and bespoke demos that show C-suite stakeholders how to bridge the gap between "Big Data" and "AI Action."
  • Strategic Market Orchestration: Lead territory initiatives to educate the Japan market on the shift toward AI-driven product management, leveraging a network of technology partners and local influencers.
  • Data-Led Storytelling: Master the art of the "AI Business Case," using quantitative metrics and predictive ROI to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Agile Collaboration: Partner with global product teams to feed Japan-specific market insights back into our AI roadmap, ensuring our platform remains the gold standard for local innovation.

You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • Proven Enterprise Pedigree: 10+ total years in quota-carrying roles, with at least 6+ years closing upper-Enterprise SaaS deals (Big Data, AI, Analytics, or MarTech).
  • AI/Data Evangelist Mindset: You don’t just sell software; you sell a new way of working. You have a track record of winning "New Logo" business by challenging the status quo.
  • Bilingual Mastery: Native Japanese and Business-level English fluency, with the ability to translate global AI trends into local business value.
  • Start-up Grit: You thrive in high-growth environments and possess the "founder energy" required to build a vertical from the ground up in a competitive market.
  • Strategic Precision: Deep experience in detailed Account Planning and a history of being a top-performer (Top 5-10% of your org).
