Responsibilities
- Support the sales team during customer meetings, discovery sessions, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
- Engage with CISOs, CTOs, IT Managers, Security Teams, Compliance Officers, and business decision-makers.
- Understand customer business objectives, cybersecurity challenges, technical environments, compliance requirements, and risk exposure.
- Present AI2Cyber’s solutions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design tailored technical solutions based on customer requirements, maturity level, and security priorities.
- Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concept plans, technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and customer-facing presentations.
- Translate customer needs into technical proposals, solution descriptions, implementation approaches, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
- Identify technical risks, objections, gaps, and dependencies during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Sales teams to align customer expectations with AI2Cyber’s capabilities.
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Support customer onboarding and handover to delivery or implementation teams.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, AI-driven security technologies, threat intelligence, compliance requirements, and competitive solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Engineering, Presales Engineering, Cybersecurity Consulting, Security Architecture, Security Engineering, Solution Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and enterprise security challenges.
- Proven experience participating in technical sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical validation, proposal support, and customer presentations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience working directly with customers in professional, structured, and high-expectation environments.
- Solid knowledge in areas such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, cloud security, application security, threat detection, SIEM, SOC operations, DevSecOps, risk management, or security automation.
- Ability to understand customer environments quickly and propose practical, realistic, and value-driven solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of customer-facing technical activities.
- Professional maturity, attention to detail, and the ability to represent AI2Cyber with credibility.
Nice to haves
- Experience with AI-based cybersecurity platforms, automation tools, or agentic security solutions.
- Background in offensive security, vulnerability research, red teaming, DevSecOps, or security automation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Splunk, ELK, Wazuh, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, GitHub security tools, or cloud security platforms.
- Understanding of frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, SOC 2, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, NIST, or MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, public sector organizations, MSSPs, or regulated industries.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, eJPT, PNPT, OSCP, CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.
