  • 2–4 years of experience in a product management role, with a track record of owning features or product areas end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience writing PRDs, PRFAQs, or similar product specifications
  • Strong customer empathy — a demonstrated ability to gather feedback, identify patterns, and translate customer needs into clear, prioritized requirements
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and clarity needs to be created, not just inherited
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Familiarity with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or security products
  • Experience with using AI engineering tools for your own side-projects
  • Experience with identity, secrets management, or infrastructure security
  • Define and maintain the customer-facing roadmap for the Machine Identity product area, in partnership with engineering and design leads
  • Own OKRs for your area with clear success metrics, and drive quarterly planning cycles end-to-end
  • Write and iterate on PRDs, PRFAQs, and other product specifications that align engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prioritize initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis — keeping the team focused on the work that matters most
  • Bring the customer voice into product decisions through research, direct engagement, and structured feedback loops
  • Contribute to the cross-company vision and execution strategy for Machine Identity and the broader Unified Access platform
  • Support executive-level conversations with customers and prospects about Unified Access, alongside PMM and senior PM colleagues
