Job Responsibilities:
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Manage application deployments through GitHub and Metadata APIs, coordinating with development teams to resolve deployment conflicts.
- Implement and maintain version control best practices, including branching and release management strategies.
- Set up and manage Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and scratch orgs.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and error-tracking solutions.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and environment-related issues.
- Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Management, or related roles.
- Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience with deployment automation and Metadata API-based deployments.
- Proficiency in Git version control, branching strategies, and release management.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and scratch orgs.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
