  • Architect & Migrate: Partner with our teams to guide the migration of our monolithic MS SQL Server database to a highly scalable, distributed read/write PostgreSQL architecture.
  • Build & Refactor Schema: Translate complex legacy database logic into optimized modern queries, moving seamlessly from T-SQL to PL/pgSQL.
  • Embrace AI-Assisted Engineering: Actively explore, trial, and integrate advanced AI toolingโ€”specifically Claude Codeโ€”into your daily database engineering workflows to accelerate refactoring and optimization.
  • Design for Distribution: Work on indexing, partitioning strategies, and high-performing configuration setups to ensure seamless read/write performance across a multi-node database environment.
