- Excellent technical capability in Lenel OnGuard (essential) and Milestone or similar VMS platforms
- Experience in incident management, ticket triage, and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and take full ownership through to resolution
- Detail-oriented with robust organisational and documentation skills
