- Entwicklung skalierbarer und resilienter Backend-Systeme mit Java, Kotlin und Spring Boot
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für Features – vom technischen Design über Implementierung und Testing bis hin zum Produktivbetrieb
- Verbesserung von CI/CD-Pipelines und Infrastructure-as-Code-Praktiken mithilfe moderner DevOps-Tools
- Mentoring von Engineers sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität durch Code Reviews, Testing und Best Practices
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit starkem Fokus auf Backend-Systeme
- Tiefgehende Expertise in Java und/oder Kotlin sowie in Frameworks wie Spring Boot
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (Azure) und Kubernetes-basierten Umgebungen
- Gutes Verständnis von verteilten Systemen, Softwarearchitektur und Design Patterns
- Erfahrung mit Datenbanken und Messaging-Systemen wie PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka oder RabbitMQ
