About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager to own the release lifecycle, environment strategy, and production stability of a complex Salesforce ecosystem across APAC. You will implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado, establish a Center of Excellence to enable safe deployments at scale, and serve as the escalation point for critical incidents. The role spans Salesforce core, Agentforce, and Data Cloud within a federated, multi-org architecture.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle, including planning, orchestration, and deployment;
  • Ensure production stability across business-critical environments and act as the escalation point for major incidents;
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and release strategies using Copado;
  • Establish and maintain environment management best practices across multiple orgs;
  • Translate complex technical release plans into clear, business-friendly roadmaps;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable safe, scalable deployments;
  • Define and implement governance via a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE);
  • Work closely with Salesforce Premier Support for critical issue resolution;
  • Continuously improve release processes, testing frameworks, and deployment efficiency;
  • Stay up to date with new Salesforce products and capabilities, incorporating them into the platform strategy.

Must haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform Management or Salesforce Architecture;
  • Expert-level experience with Copado for CI/CD and release orchestration;
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce multi-tenant architecture, governor limits, and environment management;
  • Strong experience working in the Salesforce development ecosystem, including Custom Objects, Workflows & Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL;
  • Proven ability to manage business-critical production environments;
  • Experience working with Salesforce Premier Support tiers;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language;
  • Hands-on experience applying best practices and design patterns on the Force.com platform;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, modeling, and activation;
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer;
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Administrator;
  • Development experience with Apex;
  • Development experience with Visualforce;
  • Development experience with Lightning frameworks (Aura and/or LWC);
  • Experience with declarative and configuration-driven development.
