What You’ll Do
- Frontend Architecture & DevelopmentDesign, build, and scale performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend systems using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript). Own key UI architecture decisions, including state management, component design, and application structure.
- Design Systems & UX ExcellenceLead the development and evolution of reusable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. Collaborate closely with design to deliver polished, user-centric interfaces.
- Performance & QualityOptimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness. Establish best practices around testing, observability, and frontend reliability.
- Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features. Translate complex domain requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Who You Are
- Educated: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- ExperiencedSenior level expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystemsProven experience building and scaling complex, production-grade web applications (SPAs)Deep understanding of frontend architecture, including state management, performance optimization, and component design patternsExperience integrating with APIs and distributed backend systemsFamiliarity with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflowsExperience collaborating with design teams using Figma, including interpreting design specs and contributing to design systems

- Background in logistics, transportation systems, or other complex operational domains
