What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design the end-to-end payments journey for each merchant, from current-state analysis to future-state architecture, often involving complex third-party integrations
  • Lead strategy sessions with customers to understand their business objectives and recommend scalable, efficient solutions
  • Own the technical integration process—from API and SDK testing to guiding merchants through onboarding and implementation best practices
  • Advise merchants on optimizing their payment stack—covering areas like checkout UX, authentication, payment flows, and payouts
  • Create and maintain technical docs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
  • Build or recommend tooling to improve and scale the integration process
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth merchant experience and surface product feedback
  • Travel to customer sites when needed for hands-on technical support and implementation

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience leading technical implementations with APIs and SDKs
  • Have a background in fintech, especially payments
  • Have a strong grasp of complex API architectures and have developed applications
  • Can confidently break down complex integration challenges and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Have a strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes and business value for customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders and frontline teams
  • Know how to run effective customer meetings and discovery workshops
  • Are organized, able to manage multiple merchants at once, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Are fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)
