- Strategic Leadership: Experience collaborating directly with founders to make high-level decisions regarding tech stacks, product design, and feature architecture.
- Technical Mastery:
- Expertise in creating fast, optimized web interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency in real-time data handling and WebSocket management.
- Autonomy: A self-motivated mindset with the ability to drive tasks forward independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate within a cross-functional engineering team.
