Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Amazon Connnect, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and troubleshoot issues
- Manage logging, alerting, and incident response processes
Responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services
- Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
- Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Nice to haves
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure or GCP)
- Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Familiarity with security best practices (DevSecOps)
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.)
