- Participate in and guideon-call support, ensuring production systems remain stable and performant.
Requirements
- 7+ yearsof experience in SRE, DevOps, TechOps, or similar roles.
- 5+ yearsof experience leading technical projects or contributing as a technical lead.
- 3+ yearsworking with containers and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).
- Strong proficiency in shell scripting and at least one programming language such asPythonorGo.
- Demonstrated ability to define project scope, requirements, and delivery milestones.
- Experience leading or collaborating withcross-functional engineering teams.
- Solid experience operating and optimizingAWS production environments.
- Strong knowledge ofmonitoring and observabilitytechnologies (e.g., OTEL, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience with at least two configuration or IaC tools, such asPuppet,Salt,Ansible, orTerraform.
- Experience implementing or managing secrets management tools (e.g. Vault, AWS Secrets Manger)
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and vulnerability
