Mentor technical support engineers in GraphQL optimization, Java debugging, and platform troubleshooting. Release & Change Management Validate platform configurations and custom extensions during release cycles. Support Git-based version control, branching strategies, and operational hotfix deployments. Ensure deployment stability through strong CI/CD awareness and release governance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in OMS Technical Operations, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering within high-volume SaaS environments. Strong understanding of Order Management Systems and event-driven architectures. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, and Java troubleshooting. Strong SQL skills for operational diagnostics and reporting. Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices. Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, ELK Stack, or New Relic. Knowledge of messaging/event technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Event Grid. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Familiarity with ITIL processes and an SRE mindset focused on automation and reducing manual operational effort. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce, including: Fluent GraphQL API Webhooks Essential Rules Fluent SDK Experience supporting high-volume eCommerce or retail platforms. Experience designing self-healing operational automation.
