- Conocimiento sólido en metodologías de prueba manual y automatizada.
- Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de testing como Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Cypress o similares.
- Familiaridad con pruebas de API, web y móviles.
- Conocimiento básico de programación para comprensión de código (JavaScript, Python u otros).
- Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para documentar procesos, resultados y recomendaciones.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Contar con conocimientos de francés será valorado positivamente, aunque no es un requisito obligatorio.
- High level of English proficiency (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Cypress, or similar.
- Familiarity with API, web, and mobile testing.
- Basic programming knowledge to understand code (JavaScript, Python, or others).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to document processes, results, and recommendations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y ejecutar planes de pruebas funcionales, de integración, regresión y de sistema.
- Identificar, documentar y hacer seguimiento de errores o desviaciones.
- Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores y líderes de proyecto para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente.
- Automatizar pruebas cuando sea posible para optimizar los procesos.
- Participar activamente en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.
- Garantizar la entrega de productos digitales estables, usables y de alto rendimiento.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and system test plans.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or deviations throughout the development process.
- Collaborate closely with developers and project leads to ensure client requirements are met.
- Automate tests where possible to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Actively participate in all stages of the software development life cycle.
- Ensure the delivery of stable, usable, and high-performance digital products.
