Sr. Full Stack Engineer, Web

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end to end web solutions that improve performance, scalability, and user experience across global digital properties
  • Build responsive, accessible front end experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and optimize back end services, APIs, and integrations that enable scalable and reliable web functionality
  • Own platform features throughout their lifecycle, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and production readiness
  • Drive architectural decisions that enhance system scalability, security, and long term platform evolution
  • Reduce technical debt through modernization efforts that improve engineering velocity and system performance
  • Optimize hosting, caching, and content delivery strategies to improve uptime, speed, and global accessibility
  • Strengthen observability, monitoring, and incident response to ensure operational excellence and rapid issue resolution
  • Implement secure coding practices and contribute to compliance initiatives that protect customer data and platform integrity
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals, customer experience, and growth strategy
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of professional experience in full stack web development and engineering
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front end development practices
  • Solid experience in back end development using PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies
  • Proven experience working with CMS driven architectures, with strong preference for WordPress
  • Demonstrated experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of MySQL database design, optimization, and security
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, or enterprise hosting environments
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance optimization, caching strategies, CDNs, and scalable web architectures
  • Strong understanding of web security, accessibility standards, and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or infrastructure as code
  • Experience with modern front end frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
  • Experience with WordPress development, including theming, plugins, or enterprise implementations
  • Familiarity with NGINX, caching layers, and advanced performance optimization techniques
  • Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or complex global digital ecosystems
