Responsibilities
- Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically planning territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong business insight, and the ability to influence, organize, and build demand, relationships, and winning strategies.
- Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building, training, support, and end-user engagement.
- Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records with daily updates and manage the sales funnel through consistent prospect follow-up.
- Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions.
- Work remotely from a home office while traveling to customer sites within CEE (approx. 50-60%).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Flukeโs equipment, software, and services.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the industrial tools industry, selling technical solutions
- Bachelorโs degree in engineering, an electrotechnical discipline or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic goals
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
