- Partner with sales representatives throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs, workflows, and business challenges.
- Help qualify opportunities by identifying operational pain points and software fit.
- Assist with proposals, solution summaries, and follow-up materials.
- Deliverengagingproduct demonstrations tailored to security dealers, integrators, and service companies.
- Show workflows such as CRM, dispatching, recurring billing, service management, inspections, inventory, technician scheduling, and reporting.
- Configure demo environments based on prospect use cases.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, SaaS, customer-facing technology, operations, or technical support roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Businessmanaglementand experience in businessmanagentsoftware is a plus.
- Comfortablespeaking with business owners, operations leaders, and sales teams.
- Ability to learn software platforms quickly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable.
- Interestin technology and business process improvement.
