- Advanced Networking: Standardize core cloud networking, including DNS management, traffic segmentation, routing patterns, and secure cross-cloud/intra-cloud connectivity.
- Container Orchestration: Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and zero-trust network policies.
- CI/CD & Automation: Develop and optimize end-to-end deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and create custom automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Observability & SRE: Implement and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (CloudWatch, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, ELK) to enhance operational readiness and reduce downtime
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with core AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation). (Note: image image_76cc62.png mentions 3+ years, but the project requires a Mid-Senior to Principal engineering mindset).
- IaC Mastery: Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Containerization: Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes / AWS EKS).
- Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum team environment, with strong communication skills to document architecture clearly.
Preferred Skills (Big Plus):
- Experience working within Financial Services, banking, or highly regulated/audited environments (SOC2, compliance frameworks).
- Prior experience dealing with cloud cost optimization (FinOps), capacity planning, and resource lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/Flux).
