- Create the strategy and definition of scalable, repeatable Product Programs.
- Establish global plays (deliverables, resources, tracking, program management) that enable business units to execute plays and drive product line adoption.
- Partner with BU leaders and EPLs to drive adoption of these programs and achieve meaningful $DBUs. .
- Credibly partner with the PM to align roadmaps with play objectives and markets.
- Prioritize customer blockers to maximize field impact of product development.
- Proposed Metrics:
- Measure 1: Product Line $DBUs at a company level and BU level.
- Measure 1: Product Line $DBUs at a company level and BU level.
- 10+ years of experience in the data analytics space to understand and prioritize product capabilities
- Proven trusted advisor to technical executives that drive strategic data decisions.
- Operationally minded and ability to design at a system level
- Strong execution and ability to drive to outcomes in the face of ambiguity
- Strong leadership skills - ability to coordinate with various roles across GTM and R&D that contribute toward product line adoption.
