- Own our executive briefing network in-region. Build and maintain relationships across our largest customers and prospects.
- Plan and lead executive engagement. Organize and facilitate meetings and multi-day trips for Cursor's executives in-region, directly owning the relationship until an account owner is assigned.
- Drive new market entry and intelligence. Identify sub-regions, industries, and strategies for net-new customer acquisition, and help establish our presence in them.
- Execute our regional enterprise growth strategy. Manage relationships across the full partner and customer lifecycle β from planning trips and roadshows to supporting account executives through close.
- Forge new relationships. Build connections with partners, customers, and stakeholders in the region that contribute to our growth.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, venture capital, or sales
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a track record of hitting goals without a playbook
- Have worked directly with customers and cross-functionally to get things done
- Self-starter with clear evidence of professional initiative
- Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence
- Take pride in being a "super IC,β someone who does exceptional individual work
- Familiar with the developer tooling ecosystem and current trends in AI
