About the Role

    What You'll Do

    • Design and develop well-tested, scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
    • Explore and integrate AI development tools to streamline workflows and improve user engagement across brand properties.
    • Deliver new features and optimize existing experiences in an agile environment, working at speed and scale across multiple brands.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
    • Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and long-term reliability.
    • Stay current on frontend engineering trends, design patterns, and AI-driven development tooling and bring relevant insights back to the team.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience building complex, high-performing web applications
    • Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
    • Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices
    • Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
    • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
    • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • UX/UI design sensibilities and experience collaborating closely with product designers
    • Functional programming experience
    • Hands-on exposure to AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
