About the Role
What You'll Do
- Develop well-designed, testable, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
- Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline development and improve user engagement.
- Deliver new features and optimize existing experiences at speed and scale within an agile workflow.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
- Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Partner closely with product, design, and back-end engineering to ship cohesive end-to-end features.
- Stay current with the latest trends in front-end engineering, design patterns, and AI-driven development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years building complex, high-performing web applications.
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- UX/UI design sensibilities and experience collaborating closely with design teams.
- Functional programming experience.
- Hands-on exposure to AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
