- Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products
- Strong background in fintech, ideally with exposure to Web3
- Hands-on experience working with identity verification providers (IDV vendors) such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity
- Familiarity with compliance workflows, including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes
- Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams
- Ability to operate across both technical systems and user experience
- Increased KYC completion rates and reduced onboarding friction
- Reduced time-to-first-transaction across KYC-gated flows
- Increased reuse of verified identity across products
- Improved transaction success rate through consistent verification outcomes
- Strong user trust with minimal friction and compliant execution
- First-principles thinker with strong product judgment
- Deep user empathy with a focus on reducing friction and cognitive load
- Strong understanding of trust, privacy, and compliance trade-offs
