What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze requirements and contribute to software design, development, testing, and debugging of applications
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code using modern programming languages and tools
- Identify and communicate gaps in requirements, design, and implementation to improve overall solution quality
- Write clear and concise unit tests with appropriate coverage
- Perform code reviews and contribute to design discussions, identifying alternatives and trade-offs
- Troubleshoot application issues, isolate root causes, and support issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations
- Participate in product demonstrations and support user feedback sessions
- Follow established development standards, patterns, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to documentation, installation processes, and system maintenance procedures
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and team efficiency
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in software development
- Experience working with Java, Python, XML, HTML, and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of clinical trials or pharmaceutical environments preferred
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions
- Based in India or able to work in India in alignment with local employment requirements
