- Design, deploy, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure environments.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitLab CI/CD.
- Manage and address client security requirements, integrating security best practices into code pipelines.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including AWS GovCloud environments where applicable.
- Support Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Configure and maintain Docker-based deployment environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve scalability, monitoring, reliability, and operational performance.
- Support security hardening, compliance efforts, and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities for government systems.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment-related issues across environments.
- Participate in Agile development and operational planning activities.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, logging, and observability initiatives.
- Active contributor in accreditation and documentation efforts for compliance, cybersecurity, and other government standards and regulatory requirements.
- Navigate and complete complex, multi-step processes to resolve security, compliance, and operational blockers effectively.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- 3+ years of DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure management, and deployment automation.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn Docker, Terraform, and Pulumi.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, infrastructure security, and access management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and collaborative engineering environments.
- Must be eligible for security clearance government network access.
- Experience supporting ATO (Authority to Operate) processes.
- Experience with AWS GovCloud or regulated government environments.
- Familiarity with DHA, DoD, or military healthcare systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration technologies.
- Experience supporting healthcare or federal compliance frameworks such as NIST, RMF, or FedRAMP.
