5+ years of frontend development experience (ideally in start-up or fast-paced teams)
Deep experience with Svelte or React (were leaning toward Svelte)
Strong knowledge of component design, performance, and modern frontend practices
Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production
Self-driven, focused, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Comfortable communicating and making decisions in a distributed team

Built or worked on AI-integrated, data-heavy, or real-time applications
Experience setting up frontend CI/testing pipelines or using tools like Storybook
Skilled in UI prototyping and fast idea validation

Youll have direct impact this isnt a cog-in-the-machine role
