- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Build and optimize complex, data-rich dashboards and workflow management tools.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components following established architectural patterns and engineering best practices.
- Ensure excellent application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement accessible user interfaces in compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers across the team.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
- Exposure to modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong expertise in React, or senior-level experience with Vue.js or Angular.
- Strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Proven experience building complex, data-rich dashboards or workflow tools.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility requirements.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Familiarity with regulated UI environments is considered a strong advantage.
