What You'll Own
- Leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers while defining and executing the infrastructure and platform engineering strategy.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and standards using Terraform, CloudFormation, and related technologies.
- Owning and improving CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
- Establishing operational excellence practices, including monitoring, observability, incident management, and disaster recovery.
- Driving cloud cost optimization, automation initiatives, and platform self-service capabilities.
- Influencing architectural decisions and technology strategy for cloud infrastructure and platform services.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have 2+ years of experience leading or managing DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure teams.
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have proven experience designing and operating production-grade Kubernetes platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and CloudFormation).
- Have extensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Have solid automation and scripting skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies
- Have experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or cloud-native monitoring tools.
- Have good Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting skills
- Have experience managing production incidents and leading root cause analysis activities.
