- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to influence decisions and drive QA strategies across functions within 3Pillar and with external partners.
- Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies, enhancing QA processes and productivity.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends, standards, and the competitive landscape, leveraging this insight to inform strategic QA decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to tackling complex issues and the initiative to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills.

- Expertise in security testing practices, with knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and experience using tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Fortify) to conduct security testing and risk assessment.
- Experience leading QA process integration across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), enhancing team capabilities in delivering high-quality software from inception to deployment.
- A strong advocate for process improvement and innovation, with a history of initiating and leading projects that enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve team efficiency.
