- You have a passion for using modern cryptographic algorithms and want to learn how to apply them in real world situations.
- You work well in a team environment with positive communications amongst a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable to work within a small team of security developers who are specialists in Rust and Golang Security
- Develop cryptographic or other security libraries to share common security-critical code across our applications
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
- Experience working with standards bodies (e.g. FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, OIDF)
- Experience with emerging industry standards and technologies (e.g. Passkeys and/or Post Quantum Algorithms)
- Experience with Rust and/or Golang, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
