Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for web platforms, chatbot systems, and integrations
- Identify, document, and track bugs and system issues
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing
- Assist in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios
- Support QA testing for client deployments and new feature releases
- Coordinate with developers and CX teams regarding reported issues
- Help monitor platform quality and user experience
- Assist in API and integration testing when needed
- Maintain clear and organized QA documentation
- Participate in internal QA reviews and testing processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of software testing and QA processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with web applications and digital platforms
- Willingness to learn APIs, automation tools, and AI platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Applicants must be currently residing in Pakistan
Nice to haves
- Internship or academic project experience related to QA or software testing
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Postman
- Jira
- Notion
- Selenium
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
- Exposure to chatbot or AI platforms
- Experience in remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
