What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS on the frontend and Node.js with MongoDB on the backend
- Build and consume REST APIs that power customer-facing eCommerce experiences
- Write and maintain automated tests with Jest to ensure high product quality
- Support deployments and contribute to the reliability of CI/CD pipelines
- Leverage AI-driven development tools and practices to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills
- 7+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS
- Backend: Node.js and MongoDB
- Solid experience designing and building REST APIs
- Hands-on experience writing tests with Jest
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and supporting deployments
- Proficiency with Git and Jira in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and workflows
- Strong and fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with distributed teams
- Self-starter mindset with a sense of ownership over features from development to production
Nice to haves
- Experience in eCommerce or high-traffic consumer web platforms
- Experience in the automotive or retail industry
- Performance optimization for large-scale web applications
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tooling
Working Conditions
- Long-term engagement with possibility for extension
- Full-time, 40h/week
- Contract or B2B arrangement
- Salary paid monthly in gross USD
