Details

  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory in the Texas State Government segment
  • Build and execute territory and account strategies across Texas state agencies, constitutional offices, and strategic statewide initiatives
  • Lead strategic platform sales motions that include direct, partner-led, and co-sell engagement models
  • Develop and manage executive relationships with department leaders, procurement stakeholders, and line of business owners
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methodologies, techniques and evaluation criteria throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  • Up to 50% travel in assigned territory
  • 8+ years of work experience in Sales with a track record of success
  • Direct experience selling to State Government accounts in Texas and navigating public sector procurement processes
  • Proven ability to learn new technology solutions and products
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover, develop, and close complex multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities
  • Proven success building and managing partner-driven sales motions with Systems Integrators, resellers, and strategic technology partners
  • Strong executive presence with experience selling to CIOs, CISOs, ENT architects, and department leadership
  • Prior success in ECM, Cloud, SaaS, AI, or enterprise platform sales
