What you will do
- Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
- Keep track of available talent and job opportunities;
- Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit;
- Manage a robust pool of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity;
- Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
Must haves
- 2+ years of experience in an IT company as a Recruiter;
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken.
Nice to haves
- You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
- You have strong GTD skills.
