About the role
We are looking for a .NET Team Lead to lead a development team building and maintaining Windows-based automation tools. You’ll own delivery end to end — from writing C# code and resolving technical issues to running Scrum ceremonies and keeping stakeholders informed. A strong fit for someone who codes hands-on, leads without losing technical depth, and is comfortable across WPF, WinForms, and Azure DevOps.
What you will do
- Lead a development team consisting of developers and QA;
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates;
- Prepare timely reports on completed work;
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies;
- Develop new functionality and fix issues in automation tools;
- Troubleshoot installation and testing issues across environments;
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge base documentation.
Must haves
- Expertise in C#;
- Experience as a team leader;
- 4+ years of experience with .NET;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems;
- Strong knowledge of WPF and WinForms;
- Experience with Azure DevOps integrations;
- Experience with performance and memory optimization;
- Experience with scripting languages and network protocols;
- Understanding of C++/Qt;
- Understanding of databases;
- Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking.
Nice to haves
- Knowledge of WebDriver technologies (Selenium);
- Knowledge of WiX Toolset;
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
