About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to identify and place top technology talent for our clients. You will focus on candidate quality and pipeline depth. The role is fully candidate-facing, requiring clear communication, sound judgment, and comfort working with ATS platforms in a fast-paced environment. Experience in IT recruiting is a plus, but not required to get started.

What you will do

  • Carry out candidate screenings and provide assessments of skills, experience, and cultural fit;
  • Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to clients, prioritizing quality over quantity;
  • Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail;
  • Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.

Must haves

  • Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude;
  • 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles;
  • Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills;
  • A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.

Nice to haves

  • Experience within the IT industry as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or similar.
