About the role

We are looking for a specialist to own our employer brand content and candidate acquisition channels. You will write and optimize job descriptions, manage our referral program, and test emerging platforms β€” from Reddit to Quora β€” to identify where qualified candidates are most reachable. The role sits at the intersection of content strategy and performance analysis, requiring both creative output and data-informed iteration. You will work across Engineering, HR, and Recruiting to surface authentic stories that reflect our culture.

What you will do

  • Optimize job descriptions to attract the right candidates;
  • Manage job board strategy and optimize postings across platforms;
  • Run the referral program end-to-end, including engagement content, tracking, and support;
  • Build social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram;
  • Test new sourcing and branding channels such as Reddit and Quora;
  • Find and create employer brand stories by collaborating with internal teams;
  • Track performance metrics and use data to improve results.

Must haves

  • 1+ year of experience in content marketing, employer branding, social media management, or similar;
  • Strong writing skills and ability to provide feedback on copy;
  • Ability to create clear briefs for designers and content creators;
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics;
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and daily tasks;
  • Creative mindset with an interest in experimentation;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams;
  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • Ability to work independently and move fast.

Nice to haves

  • Basic design knowledge or video editing skills;
  • Background with referral programs or community building;
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, Reddit, or Quora;
  • Experience in IT environments.
