As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
- Act as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor, building unbreakable bridges of trust between our internal sales teams and our partners' technical wizards, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared success.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for a growing portfolio of partners, empowering them with the architectural expertise and best practices needed to solve their customers' most complex data challenges.
- Actively champion the partner-led sales motion, mentoring our partners’ SEs through live sales cycles to build their confidence, increase deal velocity, and drive a significant increase in partner-led revenue.
- Transform our partners' technical capabilities from subjective to factual, establishing clear metrics for success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification.
- Evangelize Cribl's value pillars and use cases, coaching partners on how to build compelling business cases and articulate the unique power of our solutions.
- Improve the overall experience for our customers by ensuring they receive expert-level support and guidance from a highly competent, local partner network that you helped build.
- Be the champion and driving force behind our partner technical enablement strategy in APAC: sponsoring and executing a world-class program of workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
- Document compelling use cases in blog posts and contribute enhancements to product documentation.
- Travel up to 50% across the APAC region to engage with partners and support key opportunities.
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.
If You’ve Got It - We Want It
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
- Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams. Experience developing technical training materials (workshops, labs, presentations) is a significant plus.
- Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.
- A proactive, programmatic mindset with a talent for building relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
- You live in Singapore. (Note: While Cribl is a remote-first company, this role requires residency in Singapore.)
- Experience working remotely.
