What you will do
Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
Keep track of available talent and job opportunities;
Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit;
Manage a robust pool of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity;
Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
