• Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
• Keep track of available talent and job opportunities;
• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit;
• Manage a robust pool of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity;
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.

Must haves

• 2+ years of experience in an IT company as a Recruiter;
