- Global Footprint: Our team is around 80 people, primarily based in Croatia, but also with members in South America, the EU, and the US; the product team mostly being in the US, and engineering in Croatia and Brazil

Requirements
- 5+ yearsof professional software development experience: Experience with Java, Python, TypeScript, or Vue.js is a plus, but we value your ability to adapt to new stacks and collaborate with the team to ship value in the technology best suited for the project
- Tech-Agnostic Mindset: A strong foundation in core development principles (OOP, functional programming, clean code, architecture) rather than being tied to a single language or framework
- AI-Augmented Workflow: Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) as a natural part of your workflow, to accelerate development, learn new stacks quickly, and automate routine tasks
- Adaptability: Ability to broaden or shift technical focus to meet evolving project goals - whether front-end, back-end, or new technologies
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to deeply understand and clarify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Navigate the entire product lifecycle as a full-stack engineer: from requirements gathering, scoping, and planning, through to implementation and deployment, leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate and optimize every stage
- Break down and explain technical concepts clearly during client interactions and team discussions
- Move fluidly across the application layers, utilizing AI tools to rapidly upskill and deliver on varied engineering challenges. While our primary stack is TypeScript/Vue.js on the frontend and Java or Python on the backend, we value strong foundational engineering skills that allow you to adapt as project directions evolve.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code guided by strong development principles
- Conduct code reviews and actively participate in team knowledge sharing
