Develop and maintain backend services, business logic, and platform capabilities that power real-time business processes.
Implement and enhance event-driven functionality, ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient data and message processing.
Build and maintain integrations between the platform and external systems, devices, and applications.
Implement workflow-driven solutions and enable seamless interaction between business processes, services, and event streams.
Develop scalable APIs and service interfaces that provide reliable access to platform functionality and data.
Ensure maintainability, performance, and operational reliability through robust engineering practices and solution design.
Work closely with technical leads and engineering teams to translate architectural concepts into high-quality software solutions.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; alternatively, equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience in backend development, ideally within distributed or event-driven system environments.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application design.
Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and reliable system communication patterns.
Experience working with NoSQL databases, containerized applications, and modern software development practices.
Ability to translate technical concepts into robust, maintainable, and production-ready software solutions.
Structured, ownership-driven, and quality-focused approach with a passion for delivering reliable software.
Strong English skills (C1) in both written and spoken communication.
