responsabilities
- Implement and manage security controls and automation in a DevOps environment within public clouds.
- Define the need and assess relevant tools to address security & automation challenges within cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and optimize a highly complex infrastructure and CI/CD setup.
- Collaborate with the Scrum teams to share the responsibility of managing the CI/CD process, particularly for individual microservices.
- Prepare application setup and infrastructure scalability for High load scenarios, High availability scenarios, 0 downtime deployments
- Manage Cloud and On-Premise services such as Atlassian stack, Email servers etc.
- Engage in the creation, deployment, and maintenance of Microservices infrastructure.
- Customize configurations for distinct product types, in line with complex business rules.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of our Azure-hosted servers.
- Automate things rather than doing them twice
qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Kyma and knowledge in managing enterprise applications on Kubernetes is desirable.
- Scripting expertise in either Bash or Python.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, and Git Actions.
- Experience with microservices architecture, specifically Spring Boot and AWS Lambda Functions.
- Understanding and experience with serverless programming.
- Knowledge of tools like Kuma, Kompass, Helm, and SAP Commerce Cloud will be considered an added advantage.
