Middle/Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build robust server-side solutions for a SaaS platform operating at scale, working across Java, React, SQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch. You will contribute to architecture decisions, design reusable client integration systems, and participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes as a trusted technical resource. The role requires 5–6 hours of daily EST overlap and prior SaaS production experience.

What you will do

• Build a reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices;
• Collaborate with design and product teams to gather requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines;
• Plan and accurately estimate development and delivery timelines;
• Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to improve engineering efficiency;
• Review code submitted by other engineers and participate in the pull-request review process.

Must haves

• 4+ years of SaaS experience;
• High level of proficiency in Java, React, and SQL;
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture;
• Frontend experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS;
• DevOps mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement;
• Understanding of observability and familiarity with strong CI/CD practices;
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, motivate others, and consistently produce high-quality, impactful results;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Experience building software in the cloud, preferably with AWS.
