Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex technical sales strategies to effectively address partners needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives and priorities, ensuring consistency with overall business strategies.
- Act as the primary technical expert during major sales opportunities, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to partners and internal teams.
- Lead the development of high-quality solutions, ensuring that they meet or exceed partners and customers expectations, and deliver value.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and strategies to improve effectiveness and drive business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to support ongoing sales efforts.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to sales teams, helping them understand and articulate the technical aspects of products and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in driving complex technical sales strategies and leading major sales opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate with senior management to align technical sales efforts with company objectives.
- Strong decision-making skills to navigate critical sales situations and drive outcomes.
- Innovative thinking to develop creative solutions that differentiate the company in the market.
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, industry innovation, and market positioning.
