Use a consultative approach to assess each customer's goals and identify ways to achieve their vision more effectively and efficiently.
Deliver statements of work with guidance from Technical Architects, including installing and configuring GitLab solutions in customer environments.
Develop and implement migration plans for customer version control systems and data.
Provide technical training remotely or on-site, and create implementation, maintenance, and customer-specific guidance.
Create and maintain artifacts, templates, documentation, and scripts for service delivery, training, implementation, and customer workflows.
Document and communicate customer opportunities, risks, and status updates to project and account teams.
Collaborate with GitLab Product and Engineering teams to support customer success and contribute improvements to GitLab features and processes.
Support Engagement Managers with quoting and scoping statements of work, and document improvements to Professional Services engagement processes.

Professional experience with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies, such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional experience with one or more cloud providers, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab.
Proficiency in written and spoken English sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to build consensus with peers and provide clear status updates.
A solution-oriented, consultative approach and comfort managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a self-motivated, self-managing way within a fully remote organization.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
