Daily Life of DevOps Engineer
- Reviewing existing cluster and reconfiguring with ML support.
- Choosing the right instance type.
- Implementing Security Control with RBAC,ABAC and IP filtering.
- Improving the performance for read and write/bulk operations.
- Performance Tuning (Storage, Documents and Indices) using Hot-Warm Architecture.
- Stack Monitoring(data streaming, nodes).
- Multiple Event log Source Integrations.
- Plan for growth and Forecast.
- Automating Cluster deployment, snapshot and restoring.
- Fleet Server & Elastic Agent deployment
- Visualisations and Reports Generation.
- Elastic Search version 8.8 Upgrade .
The ideal candidate should have:
- Around 6-7 years of experience.
- Flexibility to travel to the client location occasionally.
- Kubernetes with Elastic Search expertise, Elastic Search should be deployed in EKS.
